Actual CFE fee of Rs.11,200/- against investment of Rs.0.565 Crore (As per the investment mentioned by the industry in the CFE application) under red category for air & water acts. But, as per the TG-IPASS Website your industry has paid CFE fee of Rs.2000/- only under orange category. Hence, your industry has to pay the balance fee of Rs. 9,200/-.
As per the Line of Activity (Product) mentioned by the industry in the CFE application, the industry’s Line of Activity i.e., Lead Acid Batteries recycling is falls under red category. But, you have applied for CFE under orange category.
Hence, the industry shall submit CFE application under red category in full shape along with related documents viz., 1). Registered Lease deed 2). Plant layout & Site Plan 3). Waste water generation & its disposal details, 4). Air pollution & its control measures details 5). Hazardous waste generation & its disposal details including balance prescribed CFE fee of Rs. 9,200/-.
