Clarification Note: The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:- 1. Revised site plan, TOPO plan along with Geo co-ordinates with radius of 500 m indicating residential areas, sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools and Zoological Parks etc. 2. As per the siting guidelines from Transportation / Communication System the industry shall follow the as below: The following width of buffer zone shall be maintained from the Road Land Boundary*: 1. National Highways – 50 Mts., 2. State Highways – 40 Mts., 3. MDR / Village Road – 20 Mts. *Road Land Boundary means the boundary of the road up to which land is acquired for road purposes. 3. As per site plan the total area is 2225.69 Sq.Mtrs in Sy.No.193/1. However, as per land documents in the extent of land in Sy.No.193/1 is 1112.87 Sq.mtrs. This may be clarified.
