Dear,
The Consent for Operation Committee in its meeting held on 14.02.2017 and the industry representation was placed before CFO committee. The industry representatives was attended meeting. After detailed discussion the Committee has not considered representation of the industry and recommended to submission of undertaking of Rs.100/- on stamp paper stating the following:
i. The industry shall provide wind breaking walls on all sides and replace damaged sheets within 3 months.
ii. The industry shall construct BT Road form Query to Crusher and within crusher premises within 3 months.
iii. The industry shall install water misting system on the wind breaking walls on all sides to control dust pollution within 3 months.
iv. The industry shall provide water meter for recording of water consumption at water misting on the wind breaking walls and also another water meter for recording of water consumption at crusher area within 3 months.
v. The industry shall provide complete closed systems towards complainant side to arrest dust within 3 months.
In view of the above, you are directed to submit the above information within 15 days. If the industry fails to furnish the information within the stipulated time, the CFO application filed by the industry will be returned back to the industry. The industry has to again re-submit the CFO application along with complete information sought by the Board. However, the CFO fees already paid by the industry to the Board will be considered and adjusted at the time of re-submission of the CFO application.
It is also brought to your notice that operation of the industry without having valid consents of the Board is violation of Section 25/26 of Water Act and Section 21/22 of Air Act which is punishable under section 44 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 37 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
