| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. The boiler details i.e., capacity, Air pollution control equipment, stack height, ETP for boiler blow down, details of ash, husk storage.
2. Compliance of conditions of CFE order.
3. The total CFO fee against investment of Rs. 274.4 Lakhs under orange category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.20,600/-. The proponent has paid Rs.500/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.20,100/-.
