It is to inform that after scrutiny of the application, the following observations were made:
1. The industry has not submitted detailed compliance of CFE schedule –B conditions.
2. The industry has not paid the required CFO fee for the investment of Rs. 426.7 Lakhs. The CFO fee for the period upto 31.03.2027 is Rs.64,000/- under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts. However, the proponent has paid Rs.500/-. Hence, the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.63,500/-.
In view of the above, the application is here with returned and it is hereby advised to apply for appeal by providing required information for further processing of application.
