| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. As per siting guidelines stipulated by the Board with regard to the Transportation / Communication System, the proposed units shall be at a distance of 50 m from National Highways, 40 m from state highways and 20 m from Village road/Mandal road. The proponent shall submit the revised site plan, TOPO plan along with Geo co-ordinates with radius of 500 m indicating residential areas, sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools and Zoological Parks etc.
2. The total CFE fee against investment of Rs. 101.0 Lakhs under Green category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.7,600/-. The proponent has paid Rs.5,000/-. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.2,600/-.
