Madam, it is requested to submit the self certification form with full contents, submit the final allottment letter of plot or agreement of land sale deed, submit the process flow chart with brief explanation as the process flow chart, selected line of activity and the application products are not in same line, submit the raw material, products details, water consumption, waste water generation & method of treatment & disposal, solid/hazardous waste generation & method of disposal, boiler/thermic fluid heater details along with pollution control equipment details for further processing the application. |
