As observed from the Topo & Site plans the proposed site is adjacent to village, which is not meeting the sitting guidelines of the Board i.e As per the siting guidelines from transportation / communication system the industry shall maintain width of buffer zone from the Road Land Boundary i.e., National Highway–50 Mts, State Highway–40 Mts & MDR / Village Road-20 Mts. It is also observed that the nearest Human habitation i.e Kowtla (Buzurg) village is about 169 mts away from the proposed site.
The industry is pollution potential from air pollution point of view and likely to cause pollution problems to the surrounding area.
The proponent shall submit an under taking Rs.100 stamp paper stating that the industry shall provide closed room for storage of rice husk generated and shall not cause any air pollution / dust emissions in the nearby environment. If it is found, the Acknowledgement may cancelled. The proponent shall pay balance ACK of Rs.3,750/- under Water & Air acts under Green Category for capital investment of Rs.75.0 Lakhs.
