After scrutiny of the application, the following observations are made:
1. The details submitted in the CFO application are not matching with the consented capacities as per CFE order dated.20.12.2022.
2. The municipality shall obtain CFE Expansion for the increase in production quantity.
3. The Municipality has not submitted compliance of the schedule –B conditions of CFE order dated.20.12.2022.
In view of the above, the application is herewith returned directing to resubmit the application with proper details.
