| Clarification Note: |
After scrutiny of the application, the following observations are made:
1. The survey numbers and area of extent mentioned in TGiPASS common application form, land document and self declaration are not matching. Hence, same may be clarified. Accordingly, submit the revised site and topo plan.
2. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs. 273.60 Lakhs under Green category for both Air & Water Acts is Rs.20,600/-. The industry has already paid Rs.5,000/- on 13.03.2026. Hence the proponent shall pay balance fee of Rs.15,600/-.
The proponent shall submit the above details for further processing of application.
