With reference to the query raised by your good office on 16.03.2026 regarding our CFO Fresh application (UID No. LRG0150027357211CFO), we hereby submit our reply as follows:
As regards the CA/Auditor Report (Point 1) and the Condition-wise Compliance Report of CFE(Point3), we are herewith submitting the required documents as enclosures for your kind perusal and records. Regarding Payment of CFO Fee (Point 2):
We acknowledge that the actual CFO fee for Green Category industries for a period of 15 years is Rs. 8,43,000/-. However, we wish to bring to your kind attention that vide TGPCB Circular No. 91/TSPCB/Gen/CFE/HO/2018-536, Dated 10.05.2018, the Board has stipulated that Green Category industries are required to pay the CFO fee for one year only at the time of filing the application. The balance fee for the subsequent years shall be paid every financial year (i.e., April to March) in the first quarter of that financial year (i.e., 1st April to 30th June). Accordingly, we have paid the consent fee of Rs. 1,12,400/- at the time of application as required. The balance fee for the remaining years will be paid every financial year as stipulated in the above-cited circular. We therefore request your good office to kindly consider our fee payment in accordance with the TGPCB Circular and process our CFO application at the earliest.
In view of the above, we humbly request your good office to kindly consider our reply andtheenclosed documents and process our CFO application at the earliest. |
