After scrutiny of the application, the proponent has not submitted the following details:
1. Water consumption for sterilization, waste water generation, treatment & disposal details.
2. Details of energy sources / fuel and air pollution control equipment.
3. Solid waste details and disposal.
4. The CFE fee for against the investment of Rs.103.38 Lakhs is Rs. 15,400/- under Orange category for both Air & Water Acts. You have paid Rs.10,000/- only. Hence, the balance CFE fee of Rs.5,400/- has to be paid.
In view of the above, the proponent shall submit the above details for further processing of application.
