| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. The industry shall submit the details of Effluent Treatment Plant for treatment of waste water generation from the industry and treated water utilization details.
2. Details of Boiler, Stack and air pollution control equipment details.
3. The industry shall submit the details of ash, husk storage facilities proposed.
4. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs.530.0 Lakhs under Orange category is Rs.95,400/-. The industry has paid Rs.90,000/- on 22.04.2026. In view of the above, it is informed to pay balance CFE fee of Rs.5,400/- for further processing of application.
