| Clarification Note: |
The proponent shall submit the following details for further processing of application:-
1. In self certification not mentioned in the line of activity as per TG-iPASS Act - Rule 11 of Act No. 3 of 2014.
In a common site and topo plan submitted, the topo plan is not clearly visible. The industry shall submit the TOPO plan indicating the nearest human habitation, water body & Road within 500 meter radius.
2. The industry shall submit the details of ash, husk storage facilities and ETP for boiler blow down proposed.
3. As per land document it was mentioned the survey numbers of 141/A/2/1/3 and 142/A/2/3/2 but, as per application the survey numbers of 141/A/2/1/1 and 142/A/2/3/2. The same shall be corrected.
4. The CFE fee against the investment of Rs.901.36 Lakhs under Orange category is Rs.1,62,200/-. The industry has paid Rs.2,500/- on 11.05.2026. In view of the above, it is informed to pay balance CFE fee of Rs.1,59,700/- for further processing of application.
