The Board Officials inspected your HCF on 08.06.2026. During inspection Sri T. Suresh Kumar, Sr. Manager Hospitality and others of your HCF was present and observed following main short falls:
1. Finishing works are under progress.
2. The HCF completed most of the civil works of the STP but finishing and painting works are under progress.
3. HCF has not provided labeling for STP process units.
4. As per the conditions of CFE order, HCF has to provide digital flow meters for treated water utilization for Flushing, greenbelt and HVAC. But provided 1 number only.
5. HCF established a BMW storage room with MS sheeting. But finishing of floor works and water pipeline plumbing works are under progress.
6. Not provided digital weighing machine near Bio medical waste storage room.
7. Not established Organic waste convertor.
8. Not provided solar system as per the condition.
Hence your application is herewith returned and requested to submit the application along with compliance report on CFE order and photographs after completion of the above for process your application.
