The representative of the Homeopath Clinic was contacted and informed that the clinic had Zero beds. He also stated that he is not aware of the procedure for filing the required online application.
Therefore, the application is hereby returned in accordance with the applicable guidelines, as the clinic having with zero beds does not fall under the purview of Consent, as per the Government Order (G.O.).
In view of the above, you are hereby instructed to submit an online application for Bio-Medical Waste (BMW) Authorization through TGiPASS for the clinic. |
