The proponent has submitted the application through TG-iPASS mentioning Line of Activity as “Food and Food Processing Including Fruits and Vegetable Processing-Wastewater generation >= 10 KLD” under Orange category.
It is to inform that as per the CPCB categorization Dt:12.02.2025, the application for Poultry, piggery, and hatchery (S.No.133) is comes under Green category. Hence, the proponent shall resubmit the application under Green category through TGOCMMS portal along with detailed Environmental Management Plan (EMP) for controlling of Air, Water for “Environmental Guidelines for Poultry Farms January 2022.
The proponent has paid CFE Fee Rs.7,240/- (Rs.3,240/- + Rs.4,000/-) and shall pay the remaining balance CFE fee of Rs.23,560/- under Green Category on the project cost of Rs.341.25 Lakhs.
Hence returned for re-submission through TGOCMMS portal.
