Earlier, this office sought certain clarifications, in reply, you have submitted proposed process description details, in which it was observed that you are proposed to be consumed total of 4.0 KLD (4000 liters) for which vegetable cleaning 2.0 KLD, washroom flushing 0.6 KLD, gardening 1.0 KLD and excess discharge 4.0 KLD. But, the industry has not submitted the generation quantities, treatment and its disposal details.
The industry proposed to involved lot of cleaning and grading activities, lot of waste may be generated from the process activity. The total quantity of waste to be generated, along with its storage and disposal methods, has not been provided. Hence, your application is here with returned and advised to apply for appeal by providing required information for further processing of you application.
