As per the process flow sheet and clarification reply submitted by the proponent, the process involves assembling of electrical, electronic components and instruments.
As per new CPCB Categorization 2025, the line of activity i.e., Electrical and electronic item assembling (completely dry process) @ sl. no. 50; Engineering and fabrication units (dry process without any heat treatment / metal surface finishing operations / painting) @ sl. no. 51; Manufacturing of scientific and mathematical Instrument (assembling only) @ sl. no. 80 are covered under White Category.
As per the Board circular dt. 15.04.2025, the White category industries are exempted to obtain CFE and CFO from the Board and mentioned SOP for White category industries.
