| Clarification Note: |
i. As per the siting guidelines from transportation / communication system the industry shall maintain width of buffer zone from the Road Boundary to the compound wall i.e., National Highway–50 Mts, State Highway–40 Mts & MDR / Village Road-20 Mts.
ii. The unit should not be established near to residential area or close to sensitive areas such as Hospitals, Monuments, Schools, Zoological Parks, etc.,
iii. The proponent shall submit revised site plan & Topo Plan.
