Sub- Submission of shortfall information /documents for issue of CFE of our New unit -II Req. Reg.
Ref- Our Tsipass application no. SML004001767271
With reference to the above cited we are herewith submitting the shortfall information/documents as per the query raised by the good office as follows
1) The solid waste generation and disposal details are SLAG AND FOREIGN MATERIALS 5/TPD and which is LAND FILLED within the premises
2) Ours is orange category and 90/TPD which does not cross 30,000/TPA in our UNIT -II so EIA does not require
3) Copies of AIR POLLUTION control design and equipment
4) We are setuping UNIT-II with all norms (i.e separate power connection, separate entrance, separate facility,) and we have got all the approvals from DT&CP, DIRECTOR OF FACTORIES, TSPDCL, NALA, as per the TS-IPASS so ENVIROMENTAL CLEARANCE is not required.
5) Our Unit -I facility is separated from Unit-II all
We, ought we have provided all the information as requested; Hence we request our good self to process and issue the CFE at the earliest.
